At WBP Logistics, we work hard to process and ship orders quickly and accurately. This page explains our shipping methods, processing times, delivery estimates, and what to expect after you place an order.


Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders typically ship within [1–2 business days].
  • Cutoff Time: Orders placed after [2:00 PM Central] may begin processing the next business day.
  • Business Days: Monday–Friday (excluding major holidays).
Note: Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

Shipping Methods

Available methods and costs are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address, product weight/size, and carrier availability.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and can vary due to weather, carrier delays, peak seasons, and other factors beyond our control.

  • Standard: [3–7 business days] after shipment
  • Expedited: [2–3 business days] after shipment
  • Overnight: [1 business day] after shipment

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Rates may be based on one or more of the following:

  • Weight and package dimensions
  • Delivery location
  • Shipping speed selected
  • Product-specific shipping rules (if applicable)

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number (when available). You may also be able to view order status and tracking information in your account.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

  • Damaged in transit: Please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery and include photos of the packaging and item.
  • Missing items: Contact us within [7 days] of delivery so we can investigate with the carrier.
  • Incorrect item received: Contact us within [7 days] of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Shipping Restrictions

Some items may have shipping restrictions based on destination, carrier rules, or other requirements. If we cannot ship an item to your location, you will be notified and your order may be canceled and refunded.

International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to select countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

Local Pickup

  • We do not currently offer local pickup.
